Introducing Model Li3326, an advanced ground power unit (GPU) produced by Start Pac. These GPUs are designed for ground use in performing starting and maintenance functions. The Li3326 has a large battery capacity (70AH) with a 50-amp power supply when connected to 110 Volt or 220 Volt AC. When connected to AC power, the depleted batteries of this ground power unit can be charged in a matter of hours with the built-in portable power supply/battery charger.
We also custom manufacture units in various combinations of batteries and power supplies to meet the customer’s exact requirements.
- 78 Amp Hours at 10 hour rate
- 26 Volt DC – 28 Volts at rest
- Sealed cells non- hazardous
- Valve regulated high amperage output lead acid
- 3200 Peak Amps
- Power supply/charger
- Multi- unit 58 Amp DC continuous output
- 28 – 28.5 Volt output is 58 amp load OR 105 amp load
- Battery recharge time from fully discharged – 2 hours
- AC Input – 110 Volt or 220 Volts (only 1)
- 200 amps maximum DC load
NOTE- When using more than 50 continuous amps, the batteries will make up the difference until they become depleted. On most aircraft, a low voltage relay will drop the GPU offline when the voltage drops below a preset level. Once the GPU is dropped off, its voltage will rise and will be accepted again by the aircraft, then will immediately drop off again. This oscillation can cause damage to aircraft components.
The following dimensions apply to each of the 3300s:
Weight: 130 lbs
L 38″ x W 21″ x H 20″/L 96.52cm x W 53.34cm x H 50.8cm; Handle Height 48″/121.92cm.
All Start Pac™ products come with a 1-year warranty on workmanship and materials. Batteries are cycle-dependent and therefore are not covered under this warranty.
Please handle this unit in a responsible manner. Start Pac™ is not responsible for damages caused by misuse or neglect.
The GPU is rated at 3200 peak starting amps and a continuous 50 Amp DC output when connected to a 110 Volt or 220 Volt AC source. The GPU is rated at 3200 peak starting amps and a continuous 50 Amp DC output when connected to a 110 Volt or 220 Volt AC source.
The Li3326 weighs 130 lbs and is pulled by hand or tug. Locking the handle in an upright position sets the GPU brake.
Always recharge the GPU until the green charger light appears. Once charged, it is not necessary to leave the unit turned on. If a heater is installed, leave the unit plugged in.
Avoid discharging the batteries completely as damage can result. We also carry portable starting units powered by lithium batteries, other GPUs, and power supplies. If you would like more information about the products featured on this page, please submit a brochure request, and we will mail a hard copy of our product brochure.
NOTE- PLEASE USE #12 or Larger AC EXTENSION CORD
There are approximately thirty 110 volt and thirty 220 volt NEMA plugs in use. Also, customers have various receptacle at their hangars and MRO facilities and may require specific AC cord length to meet their requirements. Due to these facts, we do not automatically provide AC power cords. If you provide the NEMA plug number and specify the AC power cord length you require we will build a cord to be shipped with your unit for a small fee.
